Aionios Trio

Join the Aionios Trio for an evening of chamber music by Debussy, Dvorak, and others. Established in 1998 at Northwestern University, this piano trio has delighted and amazed audiences throughout the Chicagoland area. "Aionios" is the Greek word for everlasting.

Clarion

Founded in 1983, this brilliant and versatile trumpet and organ duo presents an extraordinary range of styles, with performances featuring music spanning 400 years. The name Clarion suggests the musical connections to both the trumpet and organ, and from its meaning for the duo as a "Clarion Call" for new ideas, in keeping with their interest in the unique flavor of new music for trumpet and organ.

PH Productions: Bad Advice

Bad Advice is a long form improv show with audience participation, larger than life characters and, well, just really bad advice. In this three act, entirely improvised performance, the actors create memorable characters that spin your suggestions into unique perspectives, madcap situations, and, once again, just the worst advice.

Fourth Coast Ensemble

Music has the power to transport us through time and space. In Night & Day, Chicago-based vocal quartet Fourth Coast Ensemble will present art songs and vocal chamber music that explore time of day: beginning with early morning and progressing throughout the program to midnight. Minnesota-based pianist Mark Bilyeu performs with the group on a well-rounded program of German lieder, French mélodie, and American art song.
